Our Story

Study Mongolia is part of the American Center for Mongolian Studies, a nonprofit educational organization that supports academic and cultural exchange between the U.S. and Mongolia.

This website "branched out" to accommodate the learners of our online programs, namely the Online Field School 2021 and the Online Mongolian Intensive Program 2021, which were modified from their in-person format to adapt to the pandemic-related travel restrictions to Mongolia in 2020.
